Christina has been coaching and teaching me for a few months now. She has helped build my confidence, put things in place for me to learn how to know my worth, to love myself and to set boundaries in my whole life.
To find the right people for me and to cut ties with those that are not giving and taking. They just take, take and take.
I have found my soul family and its so nice to be part of a group of like minded people.
She is amazing in all aspects of her work, patient, understanding and would highly recommend her. She has made me stronger but she pushes me up when I fall.

Fantastic retreat! I've learnt more about me, about the repeating patterns and to change them. I have loved learning how by doing family tree can do alot of healing and you can understand how certain patterns have gone down the Lineage and to heal it. I spend time in my own power. I'm learning to say "NO" and not to give my all to people. I am learning to love me. I am setting down boundaries, I'm learning to believe my soul brothers and sisters in this group that I DO have a natural gift and I CAN do it.
I've got major changes to make but not figured out how to do this because it isn't good for me. Thankyou and to you all :) loads of love and appreciation for all of your support and excited towards the future :)👸🏻 Fi xx
Since the retreat, Christina has helped me massively overly the last few months.
Firstly identifying what was wrong with my health and how to fix it.
I have followed all her guidance and I feel completely different!
My energy levels are back which means I am now able to do things I was unable to do previously which makes me feel a lot happier and productive!
I am so glad and grateful that we met and she gave me the right solution straight away after months of me previously trying to find out what was wrong and blood tests with no helpful answers.
She has also helped me with relationships and I feel I see things is a bit differently and clearer now.
She has taught me about personality types and what to look out for in regards to peoples personality traits and why it may make them act a certain way.
